Secure Payment Policy
All Credit Card transactions are processed immediately with the Bank. The payment page is secured with 128-bit encryption. The card details you enter are safe because it is not stored or cached by Rapid Radio Ltd - but is entered into a secure database at our payment gateway.
Payment for Internet banking/direct deposit orders must be made within 5 working days. If payment is not made within this time the order will be cancelled and will need to be placed again.
We also perform random security checks on orders. This is to protect ourselves and our customers.
Security Verifications For Online Orders
All orders are subject to our verification procedures. If we are unable to verify your details, we will notify you and will need further information to process the order.
We may request documents to verify your identity, this can include, but is not limited to:
- A Bank Statement
- Credit Card Statement for the card used
- A Utility Bill (Power bill, Phone Bill etc.)
- Photo ID
These documents would need to show both your name and address used for your order. You can block any other personal information.
These procedures are performed to counter a rapidly increasing number of fraudulent orders. This is done to protect your security as well as our own.
These procedures were recommended to use by the Bank to ensure that your card is not being used without your knowledge or permission.
** Please note that if we do not receive one of the above within 5 days of your order being placed, we will cancel it and refund you in the format you paid.
We cannot accept international orders by Credit Card. If you are overseas and would like to purchase from us you will need to organise for delivery to a freight forwarder in NZ at your expense, we cannot arrange this for you. Any international orders must be paid by direct credit into our account. If you would like further clarification please feel free to email us.
Stock availability is for reference only. Stock levels are not updated live; as a result some items may be out of stock at the time of ordering. If this does happen, we will endeavour to source the product for you as fast as possible. Stock levels vary between the stores and the website.
We make no guarantee as to product colours, as a particular colour may have run out by the time your order is processed.
We reserve the right to limit purchased quantities.
Unforeseen manufacturing, supply or delivery problems or unexpected demand (due to an item being offered at a discounted price) may occasionally result in stock unavailability.Unless otherwise stated, accessories shown are extra. Trade Not Supplied. We reserve the right to correct any printing errors.

Prices displayed on the Rapid Radio website are subject to change without notice. Prices for items on an order are fixed once your order has been accepted. Subsequent price changes either up or down will not be retroactively applied to accepted orders.
While we make every effort to source back ordered products, on occasion we may not be able to do so. If a backorder has been placed for an item that we cannot source we will notify you and will provide you with a prompt refund. Refunds will be made using the same method as payment i.e. Credit card payments will be refunded back onto credit card etc.
Please note that back ordered products may take some time depending on the origin of said product. We will provide an approximate time frame when we have one and will endeavour to keep the customer up to date with progress.
Payment for back orders is required at time of ordering, if paying by internet banking, payment is required within 3 working days.

Auckland Metro 1- 2 days
North Island Urban 2 - 3 days
All Rural and South Island 3 - 5 days
Orders placed in the weekends or on public holidays will not be processed until the following business day, delivery estimations are also based on business days.
