Shipping and Refund
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped via tracked courier. Delivery estimates from dispatch:
- Auckland Metro: 1–2 business days
- North Island urban: 2–3 business days
- South Island and rural: 3–5 business days
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched same day. Orders after 1pm, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been collected by the courier.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns on unused, unopened products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return freight is at the customer's cost unless the product is faulty.
We do not accept returns on products that have been installed, modified, or removed from original packaging where the seal has been broken — unless the product is found to be faulty.
Faulty products are covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Installation Support
Products purchased online are supplied as DIY items. RapidRadio can not provide telephone or remote installation support for online purchases.
If you need professional installation, contact us to book a workshop appointment in Auckland or a referal to a trusted installer in other parts of NZ.
