Refund policy

We accept returns on unused, unopened products in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Return freight is at the customer's cost unless the product is faulty.

We do not accept returns on products that have been installed, modified, or removed from original packaging where the seal has been broken — unless the product is found to be faulty.

Faulty products are covered under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Products purchased online are supplied as DIY items. RapidRadio does not provide telephone or remote installation support for online purchases.
