BYD Shark 6 Audio Upgrade — System Two

System Two is for Shark 6 owners who want more bass, and plenty of it. We replace the factory subwoofer with a slim aftermarket sub and its own mono amplifier, fitted behind the rear bench seat, and a multichannel DSP amplifier looks after the speakers.

All four doors are treated with sound deadening, and the factory head unit and screen stay in place.

HOW THIS SYSTEM WORKS:

This is a complete build in its own right, not System One with extras. The DSP amplifier looks after the speakers while the sub gets its own power and its own tuning, so the bass is deeper, louder and more physical than the factory sub can manage. It suits owners who want to feel the music, not just hear it.
