• Depending on the model, spec, and era, some Lamborghini have no tweeters, or if they do they're just not helping the sound at all.  The tweeters are the small speakers right up high on the dash or at the top of the door frame and they work in conjunction with your existing factory speakers.  Changing (or adding) these "lifts" the sound up to where you can hear it better, rather than down below the knees where the original speakers are.

• The amplifer in this system powers the speakers and does the heavy lifting - the factory stereo doesn't have enough power to drive the speakers properly.  Without it, it's like having a 800cc engine in a freight truck and expecting it to carry weight.   The subwoofer has it's own micro amp built in.

• The term "subwoofer" often creates images of vibrating windows, setting off car alarms and annoying neighbours several streets away.  While that's possible with the right equipment, the subwoofer in this system is very small.  It's designed and tuned to work with the main speakers and add just a little more presence.  It tackles the bass and lower frequencies that the door speakers just can't handle, no matter the brand or power rating.  Plus it comes with a remote so you can turn it down (or up) depending on your mood or choice of music.

• The sound deadening helps reduce acoustic loss.  The door acts as a speaker enclosure, and as the door skin vibrates, the energy that would normally be turned into sound simply gets lost as vibrations instead of sound.  It can also help reduce road noise a little.
